Refresh Yourself


Every once in a while we over do it on holiday cheer & Santa’s cookies. Maybe you had a moment of weakness, or a lot of them. Everyday of Christmas break. The effects of food can build up & wear us down. Sometimes we need a jumpstart! The last time I did this Refresh was 2018 (between 4th and 5th pregnancies). 3 days goes by quickly! I’m always so intrigued by the power we have with our own choices!
